Service Level Agreement (SLA)

2. Service Availability
Availability Target: 99.5% uptime per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance.
3. Support Services
Support is available via pmtsupport@patmactechuk.net during standard UK business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Incident Severity Levels
- Critical: system unavailable or major functionality failure
- High: major feature not working
- Medium: partial functionality issue
- Low: minor issue or general request
5. Response Time Targets
- Critical: within 4 hours
- High: within 8 hours
- Medium: within 1 business day
- Low: within 2 business days
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate issue descriptions, secure access credentials, proper use of the system, and maintaining their own internet connectivity and devices.
7. Service Limitations
This SLA does not cover client-side misuse, internet connectivity problems, third-party issues outside our control, or force majeure events.
